小麦返白系春天出现白色心叶。白叶中有脱辅基蛋白存在,但含量很低。白叶复绿时色素条带中CPⅡ出现先于CPI;叶绿素含量的增加与色素蛋白的出现呈正相关,同时影响蛋白含量,但21、25kD蛋白即使在全白叶中也有较高水平。白叶中RubiscoLS含量极低,而SS仅略有降低。复绿初期蛋白质合成速率随叶绿素含量增加而显等提高,LS也迅速增加。
is a special temporarily pigmentdeficient mutunt, forming albescent leavesin spring of the second year. It wasfound that the level of aporotein waslow in the albescent leaves (Fig. 3 ).When the albescent leaves turnedgreen, CP Ⅱ appeared earlier than CPⅠ (Fig. 2 ) and the accumulation ofchlorophyll seemed to be the prerequisitefor the appearance of pigment-proteincomplexes. In addition, the increase inchlorophyll content showed positive correlation with the appearance of pigment-protein complexes, as well as withthe content of proteins with MW 105,65, 50, 41 and 30 kD, but the contentof proteins with 21 and 25 kD remainedhigh even in the completely albescentleaves(Fig. 3). The SDS-PAGE resultsindicated that the levels of large subunits of Rubisco were lower than thosein normal leaves. In contract, the levelof small subunits of Rubisco was onlyslightly lower (Fig. 4 ). With the increase in chlorophyll, protein synthesisrates increased sharply(Fig. 5) and thelarge subunits of Rubisco accumulatedvery quickly. These events partly resulted from the formation of thylakoidin chloroplast. Proteinase activity rosein albescent leaves, but declined inthose turing green again.
