摘要
通过叶绿素荧光特征参数研究了荷兰红枫、日本红枫等红叶鸡爪槭品种PSⅡ光化学活性、能量分配及日灼抗性的差异。结果表明,日灼抗性较强的鸡爪槭原变种其Fo、Fm、Fv/Fo、Fv/Fm、qP、ETR、Yield等荧光参数显著高于日灼抗性较弱的荷兰红枫,而原变种的上述参数值多与日本红枫之间无显著差异,分析明确了各荧光参数与日灼伤害程度间的对应关系。
Experiment was done to study the photochemical activity of PSⅡ,energy distribution and the difference in resistance to sunburn of Acer palmatum cultivars with red-color through the characteristics of chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The result showed that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fo,Fm,Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm,qP,ETR and Yield of A.palmatum original variant with strong resistance to sunburn injury were significantly higher than those of 'Helanhongfeng'with weak resistance to sunburn injury.However,there was no significant difference in most of the above chlorophyll fluorescence parameters between A.palmatum original variant and 'Ribenhongfeng'.Analysis defined the corresponding relationship between the fluorescence parameters and sunburn injury to A.palmatum cultivars with red-color.
