以某30万吨/年煤制甲醇项目全厂蒸汽平衡的确立为例,探讨蒸汽平衡主要的掌控点。从确立全厂蒸汽平衡、蒸汽系统安全与经济性等方面,对煤化工蒸汽系统的平衡总结提出一些经验和建议。实现煤化工项目工业节能、降低生产成本、增强系统的安全性和稳定性。
Taking a 300000 tons/year coal methanol plant steam balance established as an example, the main control points of steam balance was discussed. From the establishment of the balance of steam, steam system safety and economic aspects of coal chemical industry, some experience and suggestion of steam system balance puts forward to realize coal chemical projects energy efficiency and costs reducing, and enhance system security and stability.
