摘要
对河南部分地区鸡和猪的5株致病性大肠杆菌进行了血清学试验、药物敏感试验、生化试验,并提取质粒DNA进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳,以比较不同菌株之间的差异。结果表明,耐药性与质粒电泳图谱有一定关系;耐药性强的菌株的提取DNA进行电泳后未见质粒条带,耐药性差的菌株电泳后质粒条带清晰。生化反应相近的菌株其质粒电泳图谱也相似。本研究为细菌的分类及本病的防制方法提供了新思路。
The sensitivities to antibiotics, biochemical event properties and plasmid agarose gel electmphoresis of five pathogenic Escherichia coli strains isolated from chickens and porcine flocks from Henan,China,were tested to find if there are any relations between biological properties and plasmid size in different isolates. The result indicated that the electmphoretograms of the plasmids were closely related with the biochemical event property and sensitivity to antibiotics: all isolates which were resistant to antibiotics had no plasmid DNA band found after agarose gel electrophoresis while all sensitive strains gave rise to the obviously DNA bands. Meanwhile, the isolates which were similar in the biochemical event properties yield the similar bands in the electrophoretogram. The findings of this study may be used as the reference factors in the classification of pathogenic Escherichia coli isolates.
