摘要
目前,我国建筑业普遍存在着“大而不强,小而不专”及重复建设等弊病,本文将供应链管理思想引入建筑行业,分析了在建筑业实施供应链管理的必要性与可行性,为建筑业的变革提出一个新的思路。
This paper introduces the theory of supply chain management to construction industry, uhile analysing the necessity and feasibility of putting supply chain management in practice, and proposes a new way for the transformation of construction industry.
