摘要
本研究以主体教育理念为指导,从医学生学习需求等方面的特征和对教师授课质量的要求出发,通过文献检索、高校调研、专家咨询、学生选题小组访谈、多元统计等多种方法,建立了符合学校特色的、由大学生参与的教师教学质量评价指标。
Depending on subjective education, the teaching quality evaluation -indicator was established by the college students ' participating, in order to meet the learning needs of medical students and the teaching requirements of teachers in our university. The methods used in research include searching the literature, investigation, experts consultation, nominal group interview, statistical multianalysis, etc.
