醋酸亮丙瑞林辅助排卵对雌二醇和子宫内膜分泌功能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨醋酸亮丙瑞林(LA)对体外受精-胚胎移植周期的影响。方法:对金黄地鼠给予LA+孕马血清促性腺激素(PMSG)辅助排卵(LA+PMSG组),测定血浆雌二醇水平和子宫内膜新合成蛋白,并与单纯给予PMSG促排卵(PMSG组)以及行自然周期的动物(对照组)进行比较。结果:LA+PMSG组雌二醇水平和子宫内膜新合成蛋白区带与对照组相似。PMSG组雌二醇水平呈先高后低状态,子宫内膜新合成蛋白明显下降。结论:LA+PMSG辅助排卵对垂体起降调节作用,使子宫内膜发育趋向生理化;不同的排卵方法对子宫内膜的蛋白合成效应不同。 Objective:Toevaluatetheefectsofleuprolideacetate(LA)-asistedovarianstimulationonendometrialproteinsynthesisinhamsters.Methods:Hamstersweretreatedseparatelywiththreediferentregimens:(1)40IUofpregnantmare′sserumgonadotropin(PMSG)folowedby100IUofhCGafter52hours(PMSGalonegroup).(2)Samevolumesofnormalsalineonthesameschedule(controlgroup).(3)40μgofLAdailypriortothesameregimenofPMSG-hCGtreatmentinordertodown-regulatethepituitary-ovarianfunctions(LA-PMSGgroup).Thenewlysynthesizedendometrialproteinswerecharacterizedandquantitatedinvitroby3H-leucineincorporationtestand10%SDS-PAGEtechnique.Results:Thelevelsofnewlysynthesized3H-labeledendometrialproteinswerenotdiferentbetweenLA-PMSGandcontrolgroups.However,thoseoflowandmiddlemolecularweight(<31000and45000)proteinsinthePMSGalonegroupweresignificantlylowerthanthelevelsinbothLA-PMSGandcontrolgroups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:TheadditionofLAinovarianstimulationprotocolresultedinmorephysiologicalendometrialproteinsynthesis.Thisphenomenonmaycausalyrelatedtohigherpregnancyratewhenappliedinvitrofertilization-embryotransferprograms.
