摘要
目的：探讨醋酸亮丙瑞林（ＬＡ）对体外受精－胚胎移植周期的影响。方法：对金黄地鼠给予ＬＡ＋孕马血清促性腺激素（ＰＭＳＧ）辅助排卵（ＬＡ＋ＰＭＳＧ组），测定血浆雌二醇水平和子宫内膜新合成蛋白，并与单纯给予ＰＭＳＧ促排卵（ＰＭＳＧ组）以及行自然周期的动物（对照组）进行比较。结果：ＬＡ＋ＰＭＳＧ组雌二醇水平和子宫内膜新合成蛋白区带与对照组相似。ＰＭＳＧ组雌二醇水平呈先高后低状态，子宫内膜新合成蛋白明显下降。结论：ＬＡ＋ＰＭＳＧ辅助排卵对垂体起降调节作用，使子宫内膜发育趋向生理化；不同的排卵方法对子宫内膜的蛋白合成效应不同。
Objective:Toevaluatetheefectsofleuprolideacetate(LA)-asistedovarianstimulationonendometrialproteinsynthesisinhamsters.Methods:Hamstersweretreatedseparatelywiththreediferentregimens:(1)40IUofpregnantmare′sserumgonadotropin(PMSG)folowedby100IUofhCGafter52hours(PMSGalonegroup).(2)Samevolumesofnormalsalineonthesameschedule(controlgroup).(3)40μgofLAdailypriortothesameregimenofPMSG-hCGtreatmentinordertodown-regulatethepituitary-ovarianfunctions(LA-PMSGgroup).Thenewlysynthesizedendometrialproteinswerecharacterizedandquantitatedinvitroby3H-leucineincorporationtestand10%SDS-PAGEtechnique.Results:Thelevelsofnewlysynthesized3H-labeledendometrialproteinswerenotdiferentbetweenLA-PMSGandcontrolgroups.However,thoseoflowandmiddlemolecularweight(<31000and45000)proteinsinthePMSGalonegroupweresignificantlylowerthanthelevelsinbothLA-PMSGandcontrolgroups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions:TheadditionofLAinovarianstimulationprotocolresultedinmorephysiologicalendometrialproteinsynthesis.Thisphenomenonmaycausalyrelatedtohigherpregnancyratewhenappliedinvitrofertilization-embryotransferprograms.
