摘要 促排卵治疗为辅助生殖技术(ART)的重要组成部分,分为诱导排卵(OI)和控制性卵巢刺激(COS),广泛应用于不孕症的治疗。不同的促排卵药物和方案虽然可达到良好的促排卵效果,但会对子宫内膜容受性产生不同的影响,导致促排卵治疗的妊娠结局不尽相同。对临床工作者来说,了解促排卵治疗对子宫内膜容受性的影响有重要意义,选择合适的促排卵方案可能有助于提高不孕症患者的种植率和妊娠率。目前有众多评估子宫内膜容受性的良好指标,本文从子宫内膜的形态学指标、分子生物学指标等多方面综述不同促排卵药物及方案对子宫内膜容受性的影响。 Ovarian stimulation treatment is an important part of assisted reproductive techniques. It includes ovulation induction and controlled ovarian stimulation. Different medications and protocols of ovarian stimulation could achieve considerable ovulation, however, their pregnancy outcomes could be different due to the influence on endometrium receptivity. It is important for clinical doctors to know the influence of ovarian stimulation treatment on endometrium receptivity. The proper ovarian stimulation protocol may be helpful to improve the implantation rate and pregnancy rate in infertile patients. There are a lot of good indexes evaluating endometrium receptivity at present. This review stated the influence of different ovarian stimulation medications and protocols on endometrium receptivity, including the morphology index, molecular biology index and so on.
