摘要
通过分析国际、国内航运业快速发展对高级航海人才的迫切需求,结合我校高等航海教育的现状,提出我校高等航海教育“立足西部,面向海洋,兼顾内河,服务航运”的发展目标。并根据《STCW 78/95公约》和国内海事法规对航海教育的强制性要求,提出实现这一发展目标的举措。
The demand of domestic and international rapid development of shipping industry for the advanced nautical talents is analyzed. According to the reality of nautical education in our school, it brings forward developing objective of nautical education,that is, “footing in west China ,facing seas, with freshwaters considered and serving shipping”, and measures carrying out the objective in accordance with compulsory requirement of STCW78/95 and national maritime code of nautical education.
