胰岛素在动脉粥样硬化和再狭窄发病中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 胰岛素是一种分子量较小的多肽类激素,不仅参与了糖脂代谢,而且还有促有丝分裂作用。近年的研究发现,在不同的情况下,胰岛素既可表现为抗动脉粥样硬化和抗炎作用,又可表现为促进动脉粥样硬化和再狭窄发生的作用。现对胰岛素在动脉粥样硬化和再狭窄发病过程中的作用进行综述,并总结其可能的作用机制。 Insulin is a peptide hormone with complex actions. It influences not only metabolism of glucose and lipid,but also cells growth and differentiation. Nowadays, many studies showed that insulin could accelerate atherosclerosis and restenosis in some conditions,but had anti-inflammatory effect and retard atherosclerosis in other conditions. We reviewed the roles of insulin in the pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and restenosis,and discussed the possible mechanisms.
