B-type Natriuretic Peptide in Essential Hypertension and Left Ventricular Hypertrophy

摘要 B型钠尿肽主要生理作用是扩血管、利尿、利钠及抑制血管平滑肌细胞和成纤维细胞增殖,很多研究表明血B型钠尿肽与高血压及左心室肥厚关系密切,可作为一客观血生化指标评估高血压的危险度。在高血压及左心室肥厚的诊断、预后判断及治疗上将发挥重要作用。 B-type natriuretic peptides （BNP} have beneficial and compensatory actions including vasodilation, natriuresis, growth suppression of smooth muscle cells and fibroblasts. Many researches have demonstrated that there is signifieant relationship between plasma BNP and essential hypertension. Plasma BNP level might serve as a biochemical marker in evaluating the severity of hypertension. Plasma BNP will play an important role in the diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy.
