摘要
目的:研究着床前后小鼠子宫内膜及胚胎白细胞介素-8(Interleukin-8,IL-8)的定位变化。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术,观察IL-8在妊娠4d和妊娠8d小鼠子宫内膜及胚胎的表达部位。结果:妊娠4d(着床前),IL-8主要表达在子宫内膜的腔上皮、腺上皮和基质;胚泡的内细胞团和滋养层细胞亦有阳性表达。妊娠8d(着床后),子宫内膜的腔上皮IL-8表达呈阴性,腺上皮和蜕膜细胞均呈弱阳性;胚胎IL-8表达呈阴性。结论:IL-8可能参与胚泡着床的过程,但与胚胎分化、发育无密切关系。
Objective ： To study the localization of interleukin - 8 （ IL - 8 ） in mouse endometrium and embryo before and after implantation. Metheds ： The local expressions of IL - 8 in the endometrium and embryo of pregnant mouse were observed by immunohistochemistry method on the fourth and eighth day respectively. Results ： On the fourth day, IL - 8 was located chiefly in the luminal epithelium 、glandular epithelium and stroma of endometrium, and positive IL - 8 staining of blastocyst was showed in the inner cell clusters and trophoblast of blastocyst. On the eighth day, the expression of IL - 8 was negative in luminal epithelium of endometrium, but the positive stainings in glandular epithelium and decidual cells were weak. However no staining was observed in embryo. Conclusions ： These results indicated that IL - 8 maybe participate in the process of mouse blastocyst implantation, but it had no relation to embryonic differentiation and embryogenesis.
