摘要
根据准三维气动没计方法,用Bezier曲线构造叶轮子午流道,样条曲线控制环量沿子午面流线的分布规律,气动设计离心式叶轮。通过CFD数值模拟对设计叶轮性能分析比较,结果表明利用准三维设计与三维流动分析相结合的途径是一种比较方便实用的设计方法,且控制参数(环量)的给定未必一定受库塔条件的限制。
Aerodynamic design of centrifugal impeller is investigated by streamline curvature method with prescribed blade circulation profile which is described in spline curve along meridian streamlines. Passage geometry is defined in form of Bezier curves. Two designed impellers are analyzed by CFD software to identify their aerodynamic performance. Comparison shows that integration of quasi-3D designing with 3D N-S analysis is a practical designing philosophy. The strict Kutta conditions for ideal flow model can be relaxed for better design.
