离心压缩机叶轮的气动设计及其数值模拟 被引量:6

Aero-design and numerical flow analysis of centrifugal impeller

摘要 根据准三维气动设计方法,用Bezier曲线作为环量的控制手段,设计了3类典型的离心式叶轮.通过数值模拟的方法对其性能进行分析比较,结果表明,后部加载型式的叶轮性能优于其他两类加载型式的叶轮性能,并且通过利用Bezier多项式控制环量可以达到灵活控制叶片载荷的目的. The results of impeller aero-design are presented based on fluid flow calculation of the impeller with prescribed swirl distribution along meridional streamlines.Swirl distribution is controlled in accordance with Bezier curve for three distinctive load formulas.The designed impellers are compared with themselves to show their performances by applying Numeca software.Results show that aft-loaded blade is of priority.Swirl distribution on Bezier line can be controlled flexibly in design process.
