摘要
为了查明高原鼢鼠肌肉脂溶物质对机体是否有毒性作用,分别设1/5LD50(4·0g/kg·bw)、1/10LD50(2·0g/kg·bw)、1/15LD50(1·33g/kg·bw)三个剂量组和对照组,各试验组大鼠每日按以上剂量灌胃一次。每周称其体重、观察体重增长、食物利用率等。于试验等30天取全血作生化指标、血象以及心和肝病理组织检查。结果显示,各试验组与对照组在试验过程中无一只动物死亡,体重、食物利用率、血象、各种脏器均正常,而且能有效降低BUN胆固醇的含量。
The fat soluble component (FSC)extracted by means of supercritical fluid extraction from Plateau Zokor muscle had significant anti - hypoxic function. To explore the toxicity of FSC, the SD mrs were divided randomly into 1/5LD50, 1/10LD50, 1/15LD50 experimental groups and negative control group. The experimental groups mice fed respectively with FSC at the concentration of 4.0g/kg·bw,2.0g/ kg·bw,1.33g/kg·bw,each animal received FSC daily for thirty days consecutively and weigh the bodyweight and evaluated the utilization ratio of food every week, and then the biochemical parameters, the routine blood test, and the nosography of heart and liver were examined at the thirty day. The results showed that the experimental groups and control group animals didn't died, the bodyweight, the utilization ratio of food,the routine blood test,and nosography of all organs were normal, the contents of cholesterol and BUN were reduced obviously.
