摘要
作者通过包甲素及其类似物的结构与其缩瞳活性的分析确定了活性必需结构，然后通过计算机技术描述此活性必需结构的构象并作了进一步的讨论。
The structure of the target site of BGT-A and its analogs was studied with the analysis of their structures and the myotic activities. Several parameters of the structure of the target site were determined by computational approach.
