摘要
通过观察重庆制药五厂研制生产的洛伐他汀对由ＴｒｉｔｏｎＷＲ－１３３９所致的大鼠高脂血症的影响。灌服１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的作用最为明显，可使因Ｔｒｉｔｏｎ升高的血清总胆固醇，低密度脂蛋白的含量显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），而使高密度脂蛋白含量显著升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），但对甘油三脂的含量无显著影响。
The Hyperlipidemia effect of Lovastatin produced by Chongqing No.5 Farmaceutical Factory in Triton WR-1339 treated rats was studied.The result showed that the effectt by 10mg/Kg ig .was obvious which decreased obviously the contents of the LDL-C (P<0.01)and the total serum TC which was increased by Triton ,increased obviously the content of HDL-C(P<0.01),but didn't influnce the content of TG.
