摘要
股指期货的推出需要一定的条件,其中法律环境是重要条件之一。本文结合我国的具体法律制度,借鉴国外的立法经验,对当前我国证券交易所推出股指期货进行了法律可行性分析,并提出相关的法律建议与对策。
