摘要
本文应用ＣＥＳ一Ｄ量表对唐山市城区４２８名１５～６０岁的肢体残疾人进行了调查。结果表明，该地区肢体残疾人有抑郁症状者的检出率为２１．７３％，有严重抑郁症状者的检出率为１１．６８％。经逐步回归分析发现：影响肢体残疾人产生抑郁症状的主要因素依次为自评健康状况、与朋友的交往情况、职业、肢残等级、家人是否关心、人均月收入、年龄。
A survey was carried out in 428 lirnbs dixabled,aged 15 to 60 years,to assess theerpsychological well一being:and its influential factors. The results showed that the prevalence of definite and severedepressive symptcms was 21. 73%and 11.68%,respectively, The most frequently self 一reported symptoms in this population were worry,depression,self一abasement,fatigtie, despair, insomnia, being subdued. lackof emotional support,and anxiety.It was shown that, by multiple stepwise regression analysis, psychological well一being of the disabled were significantly infiuenced by age,occupation ,average monthly income,physical healthstatus,degree of limbsy disabilit,care of famil,and avaliability of friends.
