摘要 目的检测IgA肾炎(IgAGN)和系膜增生性肾小球肾炎(MsPGN)患儿血浆、血清、尿液转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)水平,探讨TGF-β1在两者中的不同作用。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定24例IgAGN,30例MsPGN和30例正常儿童血浆、血清、尿液TGF-β1水平,比较各组TGF-β1水平。结果IgAGN组血浆、血清、尿液TGF-β1与MsPGN组及对照组相比较均有显著性差异(P均<0.01);MsPGN组血浆、血清、尿液TGF-β1与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论TGF-β1在IgAGN和MsPGN中所起的作用不同。 Objective To deteet the levels of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) in plasma, serum and urinary of children with Immunoglobulin A glomerulonephritis(IgAGN) and mesangial proliferate glomerulonephritis(MsPGN) and explore the different effects of TGF-β1 in the two diseasea. Methods The plasma, serum and urinary TGF-β1 levels were measured in 24 children with IgAGN,and 30 children with MsPGN and 30 heahhy controls by enzyme-linked-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The TGF-β1 levels in plasma,serum and urinary samples of IgAGN group were increased. The TGF-β1 levels of IgAGN were significantly higher than than of MsPGN and heathy beathy controls( P〈 0.01 ). The levels of TGF-β1 between MsPGN and controls had no significant difference in plasma,serum and urine(P〉0.05).Conclusion It is showed that TGF-β1 plays a diffenent role in IgAGN and MsPGN.
