摘要
棉纺规律性条干不匀是成纱主要疵点之一,对织物外观和内在质量影响很大。规律性条干不匀具有波的特性,可用条干仪、布面分拆称重等方法测试其波长,再根据推导出的规律性条干不匀波长和缺陷部件转速的计算公式,可诊断产生纱疵的工序及机件。介绍了诊断的方法及步骤,并列举了实例;总结了常见规律性条干不匀的形成原因及波长范围,介绍了规律性条干不匀的有关计算公式在开发计算机纱疵分析软件中的应用。
Cotton spiuning systematic unevenness is the main defect in yarn forming course, and it influences fabric out and inner quality much. Systematic unevenness has wave property, so its wave-length can be tested by evenness tester and surface analysis & weighing et al. methods, Process and element of generating defect can be diagnosed according to derived formula of systematic unevenness wave-length and fault element revolution speed. Diagnostic method and step was introduced, and examples were also proposed. Forming reasons and wave-length range of normal systematic unevenness were summarized. Relative calculation formula of systematic unevenness applied in developing computer defect analyses software was introduced.
