摘要
目的探讨硒、有机锗-132对乙醇致大鼠组织损伤的保护作用。方法以5.0g/(kg·bw)剂量市售北京红星牌二锅头(含52%酒精),连续3个月灌胃形成大鼠慢性乙醇中毒,观察大鼠肝、肾、脑及全血中脂质过氧化物终末产物丙二醛(MDA)和谷胱苷肽(GSH)的含量变化及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果与乙醇组比较,乙醇+Se组、乙醇+Ge132组和乙醇+Se+Ge132组大鼠组织和血清MDA含量显著降低(P均<0.01),GSH含量及SOD活性均升高(P均<0.05)。结论硒、锗-132可通过增加GSH含量、增强SOD活性从而抑制过量乙醇对机体的损伤。
Objective To approach protection of selenium and organo-germanium-132 on the rat's tissue injury of alcoholism. Methods Ethanol dependent rats were formed by using 52%, 5.0g/(kg·bw)Erguotou(Beijing Hongxing). The rats was ingested for 3 months and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA), glutathione (GSH) and activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in liver, renal, brain and Serum were detected. Results The content of MDA was decreased(P〈0.01), the contents of GSH and the activities of superoxide dismitase(SOD)were increased in tissue and serum among alcohol + Se, alcohol+Ge-132,alcohol+Se+Ge-132 and alcohol groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Selenium and organo-germanium-132 can inhibit the injury of over-dose alcohol to body by elevating contents of GSH, activities of SOD.
