摘要
文章对当今管理学界非常流行的学习型组织管理理论进行了探讨 ,阐明了学习型组织的含义和特征及其产生背景。在此基础上重点分析了学习型组织理论与高校管理的相关性 ,包括两者的契合性和差异性。高校要成为学习型组织必须进行管理创新。
The author of the paper introduces learning organization theory, which is well recognized in the world management circles, by explaining the implications and characteristics of the concept and studying the background for its appearance. The author then probe the correlation between the learning organization theory and management of colleges and universities, including their identical aspect and differences. To become learning organizations, colleges and universities must be creative in its management.
