摘要
目的:分离和鉴定结晶紫脱色菌。方法:从采集水样中分离筛选到一株三苯甲烷类染料结晶紫降解菌WL7,通过培养、形态、生理生化及16S rDNA序列同源性比较进行鉴定,研究在不同接种量、培养温度、初始pH和培养时间下菌株WL7对结晶紫的脱色性能。结果:菌株WL7被鉴定为一株节杆菌(Arthrobacter rhombi WL7),对结晶紫具有较高的脱色能力,结晶紫含量为20 mg/L时,最高脱色率可达88.9%。结论:在结晶紫废水的处理领域WL7具有潜在的应用前景。
Objective:To isolate and identify crystal violet decoloring bacteria.Method:Cultural,morphological,physi-ological and biochemical and 16S rDNA sequence characteristics were applied to confirm the classification of isola-tion strains.Preliminary study on different inoculation size,culture temperature,initial pH and culture time of strainWL7 on crystal violet decolorization performance were performed.Result:A bacterial strain WL7 capable of decolor-izing triphenylmethane dyes crystal violet was isolated from the collected water samples.WL7 was identified as Arthrobacter rhombi.WL7 have high decolorization ability on crystal violet of 20 mg/L,the highest decolorization rate is 88.9%.Conclusion:WL7 has potential application prospect in the treatment of crystal violet wastewater.
