摘要
张謇社会保障思想继承了中国传统社会伦理和儒家政治理想,加入了以促进社会改良和社会发展为目的近代内容。他以“仁爱”情怀和“牛马”精神身体力行,并借助企业和社会的力量,构建了近代南通社会保障体系,使之与实业、教育等各项事业的共同发展,成为南通走向近代化的重要标志。
Mr Zhang jian＇s ideas on social security system are inherited from Chinese traditional ethic and political thoughts of Ru school, at the same time modern content about the reform and development of society is added with them. He put them into practice with spirit of mercy and diligence. With the help of enterprise and society, he established modern social security system of Nan tong and made it develop with industry, education and others together, which became an essential symbol of Nan tong＇s modernization.
