摘要
以宣城市广德县水体中的豆磺隆含量检测为研究对象,水样采用sulplicCo18固相萃取柱处理,经浓缩后采用安捷伦1100液相色谱-质谱联用仪进行检测。结果在8个采样点中有6个点检出豆磺隆,其浓度范围在5.5～22.3μg/L之间。
This paper studied the concetration of Tribenuron-methyl in water of rice field in Guangde country Xuaneheng city .Samples were treated bv sulplico C18 solid-phase extraction and then were tested using Anglient 1100 high performance liquid chromatography - eleetrospray ionization mass spectrometry .The Tribenuron-methyl was deteeted in 6 samples,and its concentration range from 5.5～22.3 μg/L.
