雌激素在预防血管成形术后再狭窄中的应用 被引量:7

摘要 血管成形术后再狭窄是当前心血管领域的研究热点,雌激素可以促进损伤血管局部的内皮化,调节血中及损伤血管局部组织纤溶酶原激活物及其抑制剂含量,抑制球囊损伤血管局部的炎症反应、平滑肌细胞的增殖和血管壁负性重构。动物实验研究及临床研究初步证实雌激素能够预防血管成形术后再狭窄,具有良好的应用前景。
