摘要
家族企业已成为我国经济发展的重要力量.目前家族企业成长过程中所面临的主要障碍实质上就是家族企业对非家族成员的信任问题,家族企业信任问题已引起学术界的普遍关注.本文主要从组织行为学、心理学和社会学等角度对家族企业信任问题的理论研究及现状进行了回顾和分析,并在此基础上指出了现有理论研究所存在的局限性.
The family firms have already become the absolute main force of economic development of our country. The main obstacle faced in the development of private family enterprises is the trust problem at present and it has already dmwn common concern of academia. The thesis reviews the current research situation about the trust of private enterprises and analysis to the theoretical research on the trust of private family enterprises from such angles as organization behaviouristics, psychology and sociology , etc., and points out its limitation.
