摘要
研究目的:把概念规划引入土地利用总体规划,完善其编制方法。研究方法:文献资料分析法、比较分析法。研究结果:概念规划是为城市规划服务的,通过与土地利用战略研究的对比可知,概念规划的理念与方法可引入土地利用总体规划中。研究结论:引入概念规划理念与方法,强化土地利用战略研究,引导空间分区,指导用地指标分解以及用途管制规则,促使指标控制与分区控制相结合。
The paper aims at improving comprehensive land use planning by introducing ideas and approaches of conceptual planning. Method of documentation and comparison analysis were employed. Conceptual planning, which originally serve the urban planning, can be applied to comprehensive land use planning. The ideas and approaches of conceptual plan can be useful in strengthening land use strategic study, conducting land use zo- ning, guiding land quota allocation and making land use control rules.
