摘要
本试验测定了母鸭免疫后不同时期所产雏鸭的母源抗体及其卵黄吸收情况。结果表明:(1)1~4周龄雏鸭血清中均含母源抗体,在1~3周内可获得不同程度保护。5~8d为母抗高峰期,保护率100%(6/6),3~4d和10~14d的保护率83.3%(5/6),20d后保护率不到50%。(2)同居感染结果,5日龄保护80%(4/5),10日龄保护40%(2/5),15日龄20%(1/5),20,25日龄均无存活。(3)正常情况(脐带收得好)下,出壳72h卵黄吸收率达84.8%,120h吸收率95.1%,172h几乎全部(98.9%)吸收。
The present experiment has estimated the maternal antibody againstduck plague and the behaviors of yolk-absorption in ducklings hatched from the fertil-ized eggs laid by immunized ducks at different times after vaccination. The results indi-cated that 1-4-week-old ducklings'sera contained some amounts of the maternal anti-body,there were protective potencies at different extents. The peak period of maternalantibody was in 5-8 days after hatching,its protective rate was 100%(6/6).In 3-4days and 10-14 days,the protective rate was 83.3%(5/6),and it was less than 50%after 20 days. The protective rate of 5-day-old ducklings that being mixedly raised in theinfected flock was 80%(4/5);at the age of 10 days,40%(2/5),while all the 20-day-old and 25-day-old ducklings died.If the umbilical cord was well shrunk,the yolk ab-sorptivity was 84.4%in 72 hours and 95.1%in 120 hours after hatching,thereafter(172 hours),all were almost absorbed.
