摘要
为探讨肝脏良性肿瘤及瘤样病变的临床特点和诊治。回顾性分析总结10多年来高校教工查体并收治的33例肝脏良性肿瘤及瘤样病变的临床资料。共行各种肝脏叶段切除术17例,未发生并发症和手术死亡。全面了解肝脏良性肿瘤及瘤样病变的临床表现,做好各种术前检查(如B超、CT、MRI、AFP),结合病史综合分析,有助于明确诊断及合理治疗。
To study the clinical characteristics of liver benign tumors and tumor - like lesions and make a diagnosis and give treatment. In this study, the clinical information of 33 cases liver benign tumors and tumor - like diseases was reviewed and analyzed, which were found and treated in physical examination of teachers and workers of Shandong university in the last more than ten years. Liver tumors in 17 cases were removed. The operations were performed successfully, with no serious syndrome and death during operation. The clinical manifestation of liver benign tumors and tumor - like lesions were comprehended generally. It is useful and helpful to definitely diagnosis and reasonably treat the liver tumors that some examinations （such as B—mode Ultrasonic、CT、 MRI、AFP） were made and that medical records were synthetically analyzed before operation.
