摘要
以营养液栽培的茄子幼苗为试材,研究了低温(4℃)胁迫下CaCl2处理对质膜透性、MDA含量、POD活性和POD同工酶的影响。结果表明:CaCl2处理能降低质膜透性,减少MAD含量。在48h前CaCl2处理能显著提高POD酶活性,48h后可以阻止其下降,不同CaCl2处理水平之间POD活性差异达显著水平,其变化趋势为0mmol/L<5mmol/L<10mmol/L<15mmol/L<20mmol/L,同时CaCl2处理还诱导产生POD同工酶。
Influence of CaCl2 on POD isozyme, POD activity, MAD content and permeability of plastic membrane were studied under 4 ℃ using eggplant seedling as materials. The results showed that CaCl2 treatment could decrease MAD content and permeability of plastic membrane while it increased the POD activity. The POD activity among CaCl2 treatments was 0 mmol/L 〈 5 mmol/L 〈 10 mmol/L 〈 15 mmol/L 〈 20 mmoL/L at 48 h and 72 h and the differences were notable. Furthermore CaCl2 treatment could also induce POD isozyme expression.
