摘要
目的:测定复方当归注射液中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shim-pack VP—ODS柱(5 μm,150 mm×4．6 mm),流动相甲醇-水-冰醋酸(35:64:1),检测波长324 nm。结果:阿魏酸在4．09～14．32 mg·L-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0．999 9)。平均加样回收率为99．6％,RSD为1．23％。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于复方当归注射液中阿魏酸的测定。
Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for content determination of ferulie acid in Compound Angelia Chinensis injection. Method： RP-HPLC was used. Shim-pack VP-ODS column （5 μm, 150 mm ×4.6 mm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid （35： 64：1 ）, The detection wavelength was 324 nm. Result： There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of ferulic acid and peak area within a range of 4.09-14.32 mg. L^-1 （ r = 0.999）. The average recovery was 99.6% （RSD = 1.23% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of the ferulic acid in Compound Angelia Chinensis injection.
