摘要
目的:测定复方当归注射液中阿魏酸的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Shim-pack VP—ODS柱(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),流动相甲醇-水-冰醋酸(35:64:1),检测波长324 nm。结果:阿魏酸在4.09~14.32 mg·L-1浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9)。平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为1.23%。结论:本法简便,准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于复方当归注射液中阿魏酸的测定。
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for content determination of ferulie acid in Compound Angelia Chinensis injection. Method: RP-HPLC was used. Shim-pack VP-ODS column (5 μm, 150 mm ×4.6 mm) was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-acetic acid (35: 64:1 ), The detection wavelength was 324 nm. Result: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of ferulic acid and peak area within a range of 4.09-14.32 mg. L^-1 ( r = 0.999). The average recovery was 99.6% (RSD = 1.23% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of the ferulic acid in Compound Angelia Chinensis injection.
