摘要
国家游泳中心上部屋面和墙体结构为基于Weaire-Phelan多面体理论生成的空间刚架钢结构,结构形式新颖独特,国内外尚属先例。简要介绍了这一新颖多面体空间刚架的结构特点和施工难点,比较国内空间大跨结构的安装方法,提出了适合于国家游泳中心钢结构的安装方案——高空单元散装法,对这种新型的空间钢结构的安装、测量、焊接和卸荷方案进行了有益的探索。
The structure of wall and roof of National Swimming Center is designed as rigid steel structure based on the polyhedral theory of Weaire-Phelan, which is firstly applied both at home and abroad. It is briefly introduced that the specialties and difficulties of the steel structure. Through comparing the installation methods of large-span frames, the overhead unit-installing method is recommended for this unique structure. And it is also made the useful probe into the installation, survey, welding and unloading.
