摘要
本文通过对聚羧酸高性能外加剂和大掺量粉煤灰在国家游泳中心工程预应力大梁混凝土中的试验及应用,表明聚羧酸高性能外加剂在保塑性、缓凝性以及混凝土强度和外观质量上同萘系外加剂相比具有很大的优势,特别是在一些技术要求比较高、难度大的工程中有较高的应用价值。同时通过工程应用,表明在炎热的夏季进行大体积施工时,通过调整掺合料的掺量并对原材料采取一系列的降温措施控制混凝土的入模温度,能够有效地控制混凝土裂缝的出现。
Through the experiment and application ofpolycarboxylate-based high performance superplasticizer and high volume fly ash during the construction of National Swimming Center, it shows that compared with naphthalene-based superplasticizer, the polycarboxylate-based high performance superplasticizer can produce concrete with better workability, setting time controllability, strength and facade. Meanwhile, it is observed that during the construction in summer time, by adjusting the content of polycarboxylate-based high performance superplasticizer and fly ash, and lowering the temperature of fresh concrete, the cracking of concrete structure can be effectively controlled.
