摘要
针对轧辊成形车刀刀刃的CNC磨削方法进行了探讨。对采用2.5D CNC加工成形车刀刀刃进行了分析,其刃形曲线可分解成直线和圆弧以及一些二次曲线,采用二次NURBS曲线进行拟合,得到曲线上的所有点的坐标,用简单的数控代码方便地实现复杂曲线的加工。
This paper discussed CNC grinding method of formed bits for mill roller, analyzed the edge curves of formed bits obtained by 2.5D CNC grinding method. These curves can be decomposed by straight lines, arcs, and other square curves. They are fitted well by square NUBRS,and the coordinates of all the points of curves are given by the functions. The complex edge curves can be obtained by some short and simple CNC codes.
