ZnO纳米粒子与沸石组装体系前驱体的制备条件研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文以具有特殊孔道结构的沸石和具有半导体、非线性光学特性的ZnO纳米粒子为基础,研究了pH值、交换时间、沸石粒径、交换溶液浓度及种类等条件对制备二者组装体系前驱体的影响,并成功探索出了一套优化的制备条件。利用X-射线衍射仪对前驱体结构进行了表征,结果表明,其结构未受到破坏,符合预期设想。 Based on zeolite with special channel and nano-particle ZnO with semi-conductive, non-linear optical properties, the effects of pH, exchange time, particle size of zeolite, the kinds of exchange solution and its concentration on the preparing of their composite precursor were discussed in this paper, and successfully developed the favorable preparation conditions. XRD analysis shows that the structure does not be destroyed.
