摘要
介绍了超声乳化原理在白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术中的应用,着重阐述了作者研制的白内障超声乳化仪中采用锁相环技术以保证手柄的谐振,获得较好的效果。实验结果及临床应用表明采用锁相环技术的超声乳化系统能够平稳谐振,有效地破碎晶体核。
The application of ultrasonic emulsification in cataract surgery and artificial lens implantation is introduced. The usage of phase lockloop technique in the ultrasonic emulsifier is emphasised in the new designed Phaco system. The experiment and clinical results show that using the phase locidoop technique in ultrasonic emulsification system resonates steady and smadhes the lens sufficiently.
