摘要
64例白内障囊外摘除合并后房型人工晶体植入手术中使用2％甲基纤维素。在人工晶体植入前,注入前房,使前房保持一定的深度,即使玻璃体压力偏高时,也能保持前房,使内皮得到保护,并使植入手术变得容易。术后眼压在开始的1～3天稍高,很快恢复到术前水平。术后无明显的炎症反应。角膜在术后第1天就基本透明。甲基纤维素价格便宜,制备容易。
Me thylcellulose 2% was used in a series of 64eyes(64patients) of extracapsular cataract extraction with posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.It was injected in to the anterior chamber to maintain a space during the implantation. In this way it is possible to prevent the damage of the corneal endothelium during the surgery.in addition the intraocular lens implantation was performed more easily.The intraocular pressure was slightly higher within the first three days postoperatively,he inflammatory reaction in the anterior chamber was minimal, and the cornea was nearly in the first postoperative day.methylcellulose is inexpensive and comparatively easy to prepare.
