摘要
国内的猎头公司在外资猎头公司进入中国的情况下面临强大的竞争,如何能够给客户提供更好的服务,如何能为客户提供更好的候选人便成为竞争的焦点。文章提出了用数学模型层次分析法来对候选人进行全方位的评估,从而不仅可以提高猎头公司的业务能力,也可以提高推荐候选人的质量。
Competition in headhunting business is very fierce in course of foreign headhunting companies getting into Chinese market. So how to give your clients good services and good candidates is very important to company's development. This paper applies AHP in candidates' evaluation and it not only promotes consultants' abilities but also enhances the quality of candidates recommended.
