摘要
生物信息学是自1990年启动人类基因组计划之后应运而生的具有生物信息时代标志的交叉学科。它所涉及的范围包括生物研究信息的采集、处理、存储、分发、分析、注释等各个方面。本文仅就生物信息学中的基因组信息学、蛋白质组信息学、生物进化和药物设计等生物信息学的重点研究内容进行概述。
Bioinformatics has become a cross subject with the mark of the biological information era after the Human Genome Project set out in 1990. It involves the collection , treatment, restoration, distribution, analysis, annotation of biological research data .This paper outlines the main research progress of genome informatics , proteome informatics, biological evolution, medicine design and so on.
