In this paper,we reviewed the primary processes of bioinformatics,including genetics in human genome project.This paper introduced the new techniques of genetics research used in the level of nucleic acid and protein,and the application of bioinformatics in innomedicine and agriculture.Some personal opinions of bioinformatics were given in this paper too.
