摘要
对不同结构的磁轴承涡轮流量传感器进行了比较综合,发现采用被动磁轴承结合机械约束,实现传感器内部可动部件叶轮的部分悬浮,是减小轴与轴承之间机械摩擦阻力、降低轴和轴承的磨损,从而提高传感器的灵敏度,增加传感器使用寿命的一条思路。提出了采用两个轴向磁化的径向磁轴承结合两个球头轴尖支撑的涡轮流量传感器结构,并进行了理论分析和参数计算。对研制磁轴承涡轮流量传感器过程中遇到的问题,进行了初步探讨。
Five different designs of the turbine flow sensor with the magnetic bearings are compared. It is a method for improving the sensitivity of the sensor, prolonging the lifespan of it, to reduce the drag between the bearing and the axle and the wear between them by the realization of the partial suspension of the rotor, which is a mobile part inside the sensor, using the passive magnetic bearing combined with the machine constrain. A novel construction of the turbine flow sensor with magnetic bearing is put forward. Two radial magnetic bearings, which constructed by two axial magnetization rings, and two pivot bearings are used for the sensor. The theoretical analysis of the construction and the computation of the parameters are shown. The preliminary discussion of the problems occurred during the development of the sensor is shown also.
