摘要
随着酒店竞争日趋激烈,酒店对员工素质的要求也日益提高。如何提高员工素质,培养高素质的员工队伍成为困扰酒店的难题。桂林市星级酒店在员工培训工作中也存在着认识不够,重视程度不够等一系列问题。因此,加强桂林市星级酒店的培训管理对桂林市星级酒店的可持续发展具有重要现实意义。
With the competition among star-rated hotels become more and more severe,personnel ot hotel are needed to improve their quality. How to improve personnel's constitution and train the personnel become a big problem which hotels are facing. Investigation shows that Guilin's star-rated hotels lack understanding and attention of training. Therefore,to enhance Guilin's star-rated hotels' training administration is of great significance to hotels' sustainable development.
