摘要
洋务派培养新型人才的实践,是伴随着传统教育的不断解构而兴起的。它培养了中国第一批的近代科技人才,促使社会风气发生了转变,近代科技知识得以传播;为当时的中国造就了一批经世致用的实用型人才,缓解了洋务派创办军事工业所需人才的燃眉之急,并为创新性人才的培养提供了历史借鉴。
Westemization Group training the new talents accompanied with the traditional education solving continuously. It trained the first group of science and technology talents in Modem times, which changed the social morality step by step, disseminated the knowledge and evoked the dispute during the ideological field. Though the schools didn＇ t gine more effect, they trained a group of useful talents, especially for military industry, which supplied the history modle for training innovation talents.
