摘要
本文对荷兰海牙市中心Spui地区城市建设发展进行了回顾与分析,阐述在重塑城市中心进程中,在综合性土地开发利用、社会各界的公众参与、宜人城市环境的创造、多种交通的便捷转换、设计理论对实践影响等方面,海牙所取得的切实而宝贵的经验。
This paper reviews and analyzes the urban development of the Spui Area in Den Haag＇s civic center in the Netherlands. The paper illustrates Den Haag＇s practical and valuable experiences on the integrated land use development, the public participation of diverse social groups, the creating of amenities in the urban environment, the convenient transfer of multi-modal transportation, and the influence of design theories on practice in the reshaping process of the urban center.
