摘要
目的 用正交实验法优选芙蓉膏提取工艺。方法 以槲皮素含量、新藤黄酸含量及浸膏得率为评价指标,选择乙醇浓度(% )、加醇量(倍)、提取时间(h)和提取次数为考察因素,选用L9 (34 )正交试验确定芙蓉膏的提取工艺。结果 以A3B1C3D2即6倍量80%乙醇提取3h,共提2次为最佳工艺条件。结论 该法提取效率高,稳定性好。
Aim To optimize extraction technics of furong ointment. Methods Assessment indexes are quercetin,neogambogic acid and extraction rate of extractum. We choose orthogonal design to optimize the extraction technics. Results The optimum extraction technics conditions are as follows ： adding 6 folds of 80% ethanol, extracting twice times and 3 hours every time. Conclusion The method has high rate of extraction and good stability.
