摘要
将有限元静力分析软件ANSYS/Multiphysics对铝箔辊系的计算结果———工作辊辊形作为已知辊形,利用有限元显式动力分析软件ANSYS/LSDYNA,将工作辊视为刚性体,轧件作为变形体,分别模拟了大宽厚比条件下(宽厚比为1656、3118)0.32mm、0.17mm厚度的铝箔轧制过程,得到了改变前后张力时,两种厚度铝箔不同的板形,分析了张力变化对两种厚度铝箔板形的影响,提出了铝箔轧制宜采用的最佳张力制度。
Under large ratio of width to thickness (the ratio is 1656, 3118), the Aluminum foil rolling of 0.32 mm, 0.17 mm thickness were simulated by the explicit dynamic finite element method under the work roll contour calculated by ANSYS/Multiphysics being treated as rigidity, the Aluminum foil being treated as deformation. When the forth and back tension changed, the Aluminum foil contour of two different thickness were obtained.The influence of the tension variation on Aluminum foil profile was analyzed.The best choice of tension system was suggested in different thickness Aluminum foil rolling.
