摘要
目的分析纵隔巨大囊性淋巴管瘤的临床特点。方法对我院1985—2004年收治的4例纵隔巨大囊性淋巴管瘤的临床资料结合文献进行回顾分析。结果4例肿瘤位于右上纵隔,术前均未明确诊断。3例囊性淋巴管瘤完整切除,1例囊壁少量残留。术后长期随诊无复发。结论本病无特异性临床症状和X线表现,术前确诊困难,外科手术是唯一有效的治疗方法,本病预后好。
Objective To evaluate the clinical characteristics of mediastinal cystic lymphangioma （ MCL）. Methods Four patients with MCL, who were admitted to our hospital from1985 to 2004, were retrospectively analyzed. Results They all had some non- specific symptoms and were not diagnosed preoperatively. The lesions were located in the anterior mediastina. Complete resection was achieved in three cases, and a little of cyst wall was remained in one case. There was no recurrence during follow - up of long-term. Conclusion There are no specific symptoms and roengenological findings in MCL. It is very difficult to reach a definite diagnosis preoperatively. Surgical resection is the only effective treatment with a satisfactory prognosis.
