摘要 利用固定床连续反应器研究了载体γ-Al2O3在不同气氛、V(SO2)/V(NO)(3.5~7)、吸附温度(373~448K)下SO2和NO的吸附性能.研究认为,低温下γ-Al2O3具有吸附SO2和NO的能力,SO2和NO在γ-Al2O3表面上相互作用.NO促进SO2吸附,同时SO2也促进NO氧化和吸附.O2提高了γ-Al2O3吸附(或同时吸附)SO2和NO的能力.原料气SO2/NO比适宜,则γ-Al2O3同时吸附NO和SO2的能力最大,温度过高或过低都不利于γ-Al2O3吸附SO2,温度低有利于NO吸附. Adsorptions of SO2 and NO on γ-Al2O3 were investigated in a fixed bed plug flow reactor at atmospheric pressure and 373-448K.The feed gas compositions(v% ) are 0.51% SO2, 0.07%-0.15% NO, 4.5 % 02, and He. γ-Al2O3 used as catalyst carrier for de NOx and DeSOx catalysts can adsorb SO2 or NO at lower temperature, and SO2 and NO adsorption on γ-Al2O3 can be promoted by each other. Oxygen improves the storage capacities of SO2 and NO on γ-Al2O3. Proper volume ratio of SO2/NO (such as 5) in feed gas is necessary for better storage capacities of SO2 and NO on γ-Al2O3 in feed gas composed of SO2, NO and O2, lower temperature is in favor of adsorption of NO , and the moderate temperature(such as 423K ) is required for higher adsorption of SO2.
